Scott Robinson - Member Manager

Scott Robinson has been in project management for over twenty years. Prior to becoming a member manager for Practice Setup, he worked in the petroleum industry. Striving to find the best supply sources for clients gave Scott the ability to network with companies that would save money and provide superior services.

As a member manager for Practice Setup, Scott has helped small businesses run more efficiently by implementing better processes and using “outside the box” thinking. Through Practice Setup, he has dedicated himself to helping multi-specialty physicians open new practices.

From dirt to EMR/EHR to Grand Opening, Scott can handle the internal operations of any medical practice. Collaborations on medical facilities range from family practice to ambulatory surgical centers to urgent care facilities. Practice Setup draws rave reviews from their doctor clients.

Scott’s can-do attitude also applies to his personal passions, which include volunteer work for children’s charities and organizations and fund raising for local MS (multiple sclerosis) events.

Michele Ribar-Kuechler

Michele Ribar-Kuechler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Business Administrative program. She is also a graduate of the MBA program with Buxton University of London and received a Juris Doctorate from Concord Law School in Healthcare law. Day to day Michele works with physician and medical groups across the country with the end result to work wiser, not harder.

Her vast experience ranges from the implementation of office set-ups to the development of physician-owned surgery centers and hospitals. Michele filled the role of COO and moved to consulting projects where she gained a reputation for success with physicians across the country.

With 15 years experience as a Consultant in Healthcare, Michele decided to drastically broaden her experiences by becoming a Certified Nutritionist specializing in raw and organic foods. Working with patients to educate them on holistic methods of healthcare, has provided a significant sense of satisfaction.

In her spare time, Michele volunteers with “Kitchen on the Street” and the Hon Kachina Council, which recognizes ordinary individuals doing extraordinary things.

Benjamin Koeller

Since 1998 Ben has been serving the unique needs of physicians and medical practices. He is the Managing Member of Benjamin T Koeller CPA, PLLC and has obtained valuable experience in assisting organizations ranging from start up companies to large, international corporations.

Ben has developed expertise in tax planning as well as assisting clients operate their practices more productively and profitably through discussion with management and evaluation of their operating and internal control systems. He is an integral part of his clients’ success and carefully listens to their concerns while helping them navigate through their challenges with creativity, ethics, integrity and attention to detail. Ben can also establish bookkeeping systems, including financial reporting systems and internal controls.

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections are an integral part of the business plan that Practice Setup LLC creates for their clients. Ben oversees the financial portion of every business plan with the end goal of minimizing the borrower’s anxiety when submitting the plan to the lender.

A frequent lecturer before groups and organizations in the areas of tax preparation and business consulting, Ben is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Society of Accountants, Arizona Small Business Association and Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

Brad Swinney

Brad Swinney is a graduate of Ball State University and has been in recruiting and staffing for the medical and technology industries for the past fifteen years. He worked for Andersen Consulting/Accenture before venturing out in 2002 to concentrate specifically on the medical field. He has since filled the role of COO for two organizations providing permanent placement and locum tenens services to medical employers nationwide. He has the know how to locate, recruit and negotiate with medical professionals at all levels including physicians, nurses, front/back office and more.

As a member of Practice Setup, Brad has helped many medical facilities by providing full life cycle recruiting services that include locating passive and active candidates, screening for the right skills and important job factors, behavioral interviewing to identify future performance predictors, completing background checks, negotiating compensation packages, and guaranteeing placement success.

During his personal time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, volunteering with youth educational, sports, and charity organizations, and playing music and competitive ice hockey.
